Payments and Business Terms

All orders require 100% payment before production begins. Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment platforms, and production begins once the bank or payment processor confirms the payment. InstaKolor does not store full credit card information on its servers.

Production Times

Standard production time is 5 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If InstaKolor prepares the design, production time begins after payment is confirmed and both parties approve the final design and order details. If the customer uploads artwork and approves the terms as ready to produce, production time begins after payment confirmation.

Design Approval & Responsibility

Once the customer approves the final design, InstaKolor is not responsible for spelling errors, typographical errors, design issues, color variations or incorrect information approved by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the design has been approved. Claims are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell personal information. We share data only when necessary to process payments, complete shipping, comply with legal obligations, provide spam detection or support website security.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Comments and related data may be retained indefinitely. Registered user data is stored while the account remains active. Newsletter records are retained while the subscription is active or as needed to honor an opt-out. Administrators may view and edit information when necessary.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request deletion of personal data, excluding information we must retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
