Overview

At InstaKolor, we specialize in custom-made and personalized products. Due to the nature of our services and production process, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a design has been approved by the customer and production has begun.

Custom Design Process

Every order includes support from our design and production team from the beginning to the completion of the project.

• Digital design preparation
• Revisions based on customer feedback
• Final approval prior to production

Design Approval

Before production begins, customers must approve the final digital design. Design approval is considered full acceptance of the final artwork.

• InstaKolor is not responsible for spelling, typographical, grammatical, name, date or content errors approved by the customer.
• InstaKolor is not responsible for color variations, sizing, proportions or layout differences approved in the final design.
• No changes, corrections or reprints will be made for errors present in designs approved by the customer.

Colors & Materials

Color variations may occur due to differences between screen displays, printing methods and materials used. These variations are normal in the printing process and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Returns & Refunds

• No returns are accepted once the design is approved and production begins.
• No refunds are issued once the design is approved and production begins.
• No exchanges are offered for custom products after approval and production start.

Exceptions

Only verified manufacturing defects will be reviewed, excluding errors related to approved designs. Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the defect.

Customer Responsibility

• Requesting the final digital proof
• Reviewing spelling, colors, sizing and all design details
• Ensuring all information is correct before approval
