  • Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
  • Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
  • If the customer pays InstaKolor to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.
  • Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Next Working Day and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • Qualifying Next Working Day orders leave our shop the next working day after production is complete.
  • UPS transit time begins after the finished order is handed to the carrier.
